looking at current form and fitness he doesnot deserve a place in the team.how can you play with a player who is not 100 perrcent fit in the world cup. irfan pathan playing you must be joking or day dreaming.

Yes irfan pathan should be in the team,he is a great allrounder which india was waiting for.He is young.Give him some time.He can do magic with bat ( quick runs which all team needs in couple last overs,he is clean hitter of the ball, a great fielder and a best fast bowler which india has seen after kapil dev.He is going to stay for a long time in indian cricket.God bless him and entire team ,yes i know indian boys in blue will make everybody blue and will bring the world cup 2007.

Decision whether to play or dont play Irfan Pathan will be purely depend upon his form at the time of world cup. Even if he is able to regain 75% of his form, playing him in the world cup will give flexibility to the team as he can be used as a bowler as well as batsman.

Ofcourse, how can a player like Irfaan Pathan be ignored. After Zaheer he is the only pace man who still is a match winner. And every one knows what a batsman he is. He is the only genuine all rounder in the team. He can swing the match India's way with his bowling as well as his batting. Even the best of players have had lean patches so how can Irfaan be an exception. He is a MUST in the Indian team.

Yes, Irfan Pathan should play the World Cup 2007.
If he is in a good form he can play damn good.
He had played very nicely when he joined the India team.

yes. Irfan pathan is a good all rounder. he is nowadays very good in batting ,with him Indian team can make a batting line up of 8 bats mens. he will be in complete fitness within a short time.

Yes ofcorse, he's an important member of Team India.
He also gives an option of playing 5 bowlers in the team, since he can bat very well.
The only question is his form and fitness. If thats okay, then its a great news for Team India.
