I never lick my fingers, I wash them after I've finished.
I also eat them outside because of all the sugar that falls off.
One of my many weird habits.
And I had a jelly donut for breakfast today.

if you break it up into small pieces with your fingers then pass it into your mouth without it touching your lips then yes.
but you have to eat it very quickly and drink a glass of water beforehand

Only if you eat it with gloves on ,and someone drops pieces of it directly in your mouth.
