As an Independent voter who usually has to vote Democratic because of the extreme right-wing wackos the republicans come up with, I must inform you that I don't give a flying flip about race, gender, or sexual orientation of the candidates.
It's all about competence and issues. Of course republicans know nothing about that, as your post proves.
