i have been with this man for 9 years and have recognized he is abusive, loud and has double standards. How do I get rid of him? We have two little girls together and he is displaying the actions of a man I don't want my girls around.

Take the kids and move out, or tell him to get his stuff out if the place is more yours than his. You don't have to give a whole list of reasons, just say enough is enough and it's time for him to go. Call the cops if he won't go.
There are shelters for women & children who have been physically abused where you can get away from him until you can take care of yourself & the kids. Call the police if you need help getting your stuff out without being harmed. Get a protection order if you have to.

tell him that.. pack you and your girls up.. and get out while you can
it might seem hard but in the end you have to realize.. life is way to short to be unhappy
and you don't want your daughters growing up thinking thats how a man should treat a women..
