Why does she ask me this? She also sometimes ask me if the other woman looks pretty etc....

She's feeling insecure about her age/looks and is looking for you to reassure her that she is still attractive. Maybe you should compliment her more often.

Sounds like a huge insecurity problem, with a low self esteem. Tell her she looks fabulous and deflect the question. If you answer the question and the other girl looks younger you are a liar. Lying is not good for a relationship.

she has a poor self image about herself, has no self worth, may not want to age, may obsess about it. she sees younger women and needs to hear u tell her she is the prettier one, because if u say the other lady looks better, u will be in the dog house. looks are very important to her. she has to hear that she is the prettier one, like mirror mirror on the wall who is the fairest of them all, sometimes as we begin to age and get older, we do notice younger women, and that they are younger, some people do not like the thought of growing older.

Women are very insecure when it comes to their looks and quite often, are competitive with other women, as far as beauty. Women are also very self couscous of their age. Women dread aging while men become more dignified. Women want to stay youthful and beautiful.

Lie and tell her no, also remind her that you are married to her for her and not anyone else. She obviously wants re assurance so be patient though if it starts to get on your neves which I suspect it has just don't answer of give short one word answers like "No."

She wants you to tell her that you think that she's prettier than the other woman. Plus could be insecure.

you can do things for her that makes her feel prettier and younger like taking her to the spa, pedicures manicures things like that

Because your wife is self-conscious. She feels old and ugly, and she's fishing for you to tell her otherwise. Tell her she's beautiful and sexy without her having to fish for it, and her confidence in herself and in how you see her should improve quite a bit.
