get yourself a lot of windex and paper towels. you're going to need to be patient because this process will take a while.

take your syringe (i hope that's what you used to fill it), and pull out as much ink from the incorrectly filled chamber as you can.

rinse the syringe and get some windex in it. put the windex in the chamber slowly.

pull all that back out.

repeat until what you're pulling out looks semi-clean. then start putting the correct ink in and pulling it out and windexing, until the colour your pulling back out looks close to the right colour.

after you get to the point it looks more correct, dab the cartridge on the paper towel gently once or twice until the stamp it leaves looks right.

then test your cartridge!

please be aware this will be a messy and time-consuming process. keep plenty of paper towels (and maybe some water) on hand.

good luck!

Depending on if there's a Walgreens near you. You can get it refilled for as little as $20. A refill for my printer. Both Cartridges mind you. Is $25.00. They'll empty and refill the cartridge for you and test it out to make sure it's working ok.

Cartridges aren't refillable: you'll have to take the brunt of the cost and just live with recycling the empty (and get a ream of cheap printer paper at Office Depot where THEY'LL send it for melting and/or refilling at a factory and then selling to me or somebody else).

(I doubt you're worried, but in case you are, you haven't harmed the printer, the printer can't usually tell what color it's printing...)

you may be able to flush it through, but for the price of replacement cartridges(non genuine) you might as well avoid all the hassle(and mess) and buy another one.
