OK... I'm a doctor, so let's clear up a few things....
1. Kegal excercises are for women. A male version is to stop and start the flow of urine. This utilizes the muscles that you use when ejaculating. This will NOT make you multi-orgasmic or have any effect on your orgasms. It will however, possibily, make you "shoot" further or with greater intensity, but not more.
Remember: Orgasm and ejaculation are two DIFFERENT things. They almost always happen at the same time, but they are different. How do you think they breed horses? Trust me, they don't give it an orgasm. A doctor can electronically extract semen from a man through ejaculation without the man expereincing an orgasm. And some men who practice tantric sex can orgasm without shooting anything.....
2. Hanging a towel on your member doesn't do anything, and it certainly doesn't make it "stronger". I'm not sure what a "strong" penis would be, but doing this could be harmful. It could wear down the effectiveness of the ligaments that hold your penis and affect your erection. Only an idiot would use their body as a bathroom fixture. Your penis is NOT a muscle, it is an organ. There's a difference.
3. Sitting in a chair or walking around squeezing your muscles around your eurethra ( the ones you use to control urine flow) is useless unless you are actually peeing. It is different in men and women. For women, this affects the vaginal muscles, for guys, no such thing.

So, try it: Start and stop while urinating an few times, each time. After a couple of weeks you'll notice you'll start shooting further... just have a towel handy... Good luck!

kegel muscles wont do you any good if you do them just once in a while. But if you regelarly do them, it makes your p.c muscles really powerful, gives you better erectiong better sexual response cycle, and more powerful orgasms. And in advanced levels, i.e along with certain other exercises, you can become multi orgasmic. Try searching male multiple orgasm on net. Its too big a topic to explain here.

But as for your question kegel exercises are really good for men...yeah.

Kegel exercises are mostly beneficial for women. For guys, the best exercises "for the area" involve getting a good erection and hanging a towel on it. The longer you can support the towel the better you are doing and the better ejaculation control you will develop.
