Was he for real? I can't believe he got to the bench. So very unprofessional and emotional.
First he was talking about how "her dead body" was "my baby"........then all the crying and emotion yesterday....was very strange.
I just wondered if anyone else thought he was strange.....different...a wierdo......
SHOULD HE EVEN BE A JUDGE?

i dont even think that Daniels father understood what exhumed meant when the judge asked him if he wanted his son to be exhumed. The judge wanted media coverage to peddle his book and own television show. He is what I call a pure bred idiotbox.

Apparently he's always been a bit of an eccentric but is well liked and respected by his colleagues. That said, probate court is not the 'fast track' in the judicial world, and he apparently got stuck there after making inappropriate comments during a murder trial.

I was half expecting to see Tony Soprano show up to act as bailiff.

The judge was perfect when you think of the life Anna Nicole lived. He couldn't have fit in any better. It's nice to see a judge that is not "robotic" & shows compassion. I wonder if they'll let him play himself in the movie.

I do agree with his decision about where she should be buried. I think she would have wanted it that way. Her son was her best friend & I'm sure she planned on being buried next to him.

I agree with Mishoney.
The Judge is a very compassionate Human Being and I don't think that he wants his own TV show.
He did prolong the time in court more than necessary.

it was refreahing to me to see a judge we compassion, concern, and give his decision a lot of thought and he really tried hard to get all sides of the people to come togather i'am tire of people blasting this judge don't anyone have compassion any more don't anyone know wisdom and appreciate it any morer those people entered his court room with a lot of madness, hatered , he had those folks holding hands when they left his court room he showed respect and also show concern for anna's family and friends what do you expect when someone dies leaveing a mess that torn so many people apart i thought he did a very good job
