I doubt there is a "hottest night time temperature" record because when it's night in one place, it's day in another. I know what you're trying to get at but I don't think they've ever recorded anything because generally if it's the hottest night time temperature it's likely going to be the hottest daytime temperature aswell...

Never heard of the hottest nighttime temperature, unless the temperature remains at 90-something all night.
