Imperial City. The house is only 2000 and you don't have to get the realtor's disposition above 70. The downside is the house for sale is a shack on the waterfront, which is actually good if you plan on playing the Thieve's Guild Quests.

Anvil is also pretty easy. The house costs 5000 fully furnished, but comes with a previous tenant that you have to evict. It's actually a pretty good quest if you need to raise your skills.

OK well I haven't downloaded it myself just yet but go to your XBox Live market place (If you have Live...) and look at the Oblivion downloads. Apparently you inherited two house from far away dead family members!!!! There's two houses for you to download. Get both and it showed give you two new quest that have an explanation of how to get there and how to improve them. One of them is suppose to be incredible if you upgrade it all the way. The other one is one that will only be use to you if you are a vampire. Your welcome!

The Benerius Manor in Anvil is cool. When you buy it, you go to sleep and and ghosts will appear. You have to find the man who sold you the house, I'm not telling any more, I don't want to spoil it. I don't think it was the easiest house to get but it was the most fun :)

Find a lonley shop keeper and kill him. Not good for your charm but it's still fun.
