I have to agree with HJS that if a bunch of Celestials ganged up on Hal, they might do him in, but one on one, my money’s on the man with the ring. And, I have a theory about Galactus which I haven’t heard anybody else put forth: I think that GL (or Parallax, if you prefer) could use his ring to drain energy out of Galactus faster than he could replenish it. In other words, I think the Ring could nullify Galactus—maybe not the way the Ultimate Nullifier could, but you get the idea.

I'm pretty sure Parallax could beat a Celestial fairly easily. He might be beaten if there were more than a dozen. Against Galactus the only way he'd win is if Galactus was in a weakened state from not having eaten a planet lately. It would be a cool fight though.
