The theory I heard is that with the divorce going on with the custody of her kids in question, she did not want any traces of her drug use (hence the rehab). Drug use can be tracked through hair follicles. She also got a tattoo of a pair of lips on her wrist. She might be hiding something there also.

She went to the Salon and the hair dressers refused to do her hair, she was drunk and acting up. So she got frustrated, took the hair dressers clippers and shaved off her hair.
