you mean the pc version? download the inteenimater and when you woohoo theyll have a good chance of getting babies. if you wanna speed up the process or something...then i think it comes with a biological clock. you just have to select the person and click find biological clock then on the clock select have baby with....but personally i prefer the woohooing, its more natural. either way you do it when you find out they are pregnant you can click the clock and it says something like speed up process or pregnancy.
(if you cant see an option for find biological clock you might have to click inteenimater first.)
