To get more mhz you need a faster processor intel or amd which ever you have now. to get a 2000 mhz one which is 2 ghz it'll cost around $30 dollars at tigerdirect.com and for more ram you will need to buy like 1 gigabyte of ram from a site like 4allmemory.com

The game is telling you your computer isn't up to running it you processor is to slow and you haven't enough ram it needs a processor of at least 1.2 gig, you can increase the memory by fitting more ram but the processor is more of a problem it's likely your mother board won't support a faster processor assuming that is you can find one that'll fit the only way is to buy another computer or strip the guts out of your old one and fit a new mother board processor and memory and that is expensive either way.

I would assume it is not loading because you need "More Mhz" as you put it.

Your only option would be to buy a new processor and more memory. Since you have an older computer, your options for upgrading are going to be limited.

If you gave us more information about your computer we could give you a better idea as to what the problem is.

you need to upgrade your processor and your memory. Go to your computer manufacturers website, look up your computer by product name, then see what the maximum memory you can have is. Most likely, you will be able to upgrade memory but possibly not the processor.
