Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Australia, and Antarctica.

North America and South America are pretty easy to look and see where they meet, with Europe and Asia it is impossible to see on a map, but some call it "Eurasia' and say there's 6 continents. That is still not really the way it is seen today, but you may see the term.

Australia is also known as 'the island continent' because it is a big enough one to be the other.

Antarctica is a continent because there is land at the South Pole but not at the North.

Depending on your definition of a continent it can be eight or six

If in your definition a continent does not need to be a complete landmass, then Africa, Antarctica, Asia, Australasia, Europe, North America, Oceania and South America are the eight continents.

If in your definition a continent has to be a complete landmass, Australasia and Oceania are not included.
