While neither is my first choice, I would prefer Obama to Hillary. He seems more genuine and I honestly think that Hillary would rev up the conservatives more than a black man.

I'm Republican, but my party is probably going to run a RINO (read that, traitor) like Giuliani or McCain. Since we're essentially going to be faced with a choice between Democrats and wannabe Democrats, I'd probably vote for Bill Richardson, governor of New Mexico. I don't totally agree with his ideals, but he won't trample my rights as harshly as any of the other candidates, and his politics are less reprehensible than the other POTUS hopefuls. He's a bright guy with a great personality and a good sense of balance on national priorities, but too liberal for me to back him against a REAL Republican (are there any left?). Then again, I have no voice in the D primaries, so what do I care, right?
If Obama wins your party's nom, then I'll know for certain that the entire country has devolved into the high-school mentality I've been fearing for some time. Dave Barry said it well:
"In other political developments, Sen. Barack Obama, looking back on a career in the U.S. Senate that spans nearly 20 months, allows as how he might be ready to move on to the presidency. Obamamania sweeps the nation as millions of voters find themselves deeply impressed by Obama's views, and the fact that he was on Oprah."

I haven't made my mind up yet, I need to know more about both candidates, and I don't mean what the media is saying, they seem to have their darling right now, I have to look past the hype.
I'm leaning towards Clinton, her experience is a major factor for me at the moment.
I would have put my support behind Russ Feingold of Wisconsin but he's not running.

Neither. It's too early. I look for a governor to make a strong run. Let these two beat up on each other. It's fun to watch.
