my cuz's n i are makin a scary schene in our movie and we want to know what noises or sound effects could make the schene scarier

Overdub about ten voices whispering practically anything. Overlay them in a way where nothing coherent is heard or play some backwards. This will create mystery, paranoia, and confusion which can represent fear.

Make your movie original and don't use stock footage or samples.
Go get an old Casio keyboard and play a kid's song real
slow and match a background sound on top of that (hum the song or la-la-la know what I mean.

A knock on the door at 9am, and a couple nice looking people carrying briefcases standing there, usually wearing church clothes.
Slurpy, mushy sounds can be scary. Nails scratching on metal is also a scarey sound.

that thumping sound you hear in movies that sounds like a heartbeat. thats actually supposed to make your heart rate move faster and can also make people more jumpy. you'd really need to be alittle bit more spacific in what kind of scary movie your making tho.

girl screamin and footsteps comin down a dark hall and maybe like a mysterious whispers comin from the walls.

what you need is short ATONAL compositions. Listen to alban berg and Anton Webern. these short highly stress inducing compositions are used to create short peices of tension or fear. check it out. atonality is the music system used in horror films the end

Ambient sounds work best for me at our haunted house every year. The more real and natural the sound are the more you think what you are watching is real.

I think the scarriest sound is when your phone rings and your home alone at dark and you pick it up and hear someone breathing really loud into it!!!!
