Happy birthday to yours! I made ice cream cone cakes. Just get the flat bottom ice cream cones, fill about 3/4's with cake batter, any kind, place on cookie sheet and bake according to cupcake directions. When they come out, let them cool, and then ice and decorate them. It is a lot easier with little children, then having to serve cake on a plate. They can also have ice cream cones..which again, is a lot less messy! You can put a couple different toppings on plates on the table, and let them dip their cones. My children loved this! Not sure of you have a My Gym or Little Gym near you but that is where we had my niece's bithday and it was a blast. I really enjoyed it and so did all the kids. Cheaper idea- have a slumber party- have the kids bring sleeping bags and barrow a few tents and let the kids camp in the back yard. Cook smores and do outside activetys. Not only is it CHEAP your house stays clean too. =)

Not sure what you have available, but a fun idea that we have available here is that there's this shop where they have all kinds of dress up things, and the girls can go into their closets and dress up as whatever they like, then they get to have a tea party. Also, there's an art place where kids get to make fun things with clay.

i guess u can give a theme party 1 like the disney characters ! she will luv it ! call in maximum friends and less adults ! decorate the place with balloons , buntings etc... make fun games for the kids 2 play ! there are a lot of books on b'day games just go to some book shop n u'l find it ! get her to look like a real princess ! n the cake get a barbie one ! invite both boys n girls ! of her age maximum! n say happy b'dau 4m my side also !

well if theres a play-by-play around where u live try that then, if not do something she likes , like if she likes the park, or swimming, or what not.. .and make a theme for it like dora the explorer or my little pony, or barbie!!!!
