water and milk it's the best for hangovers

Drink lots of water. Try a little fruit juice if you can tolerate it. When you drink, the alcohol depletes your sugar levels. Also take some asprin. If you can handle alka selzer, its the best thing for a hang over. It has asprin in it, and it will take that queezy feeling away as well. Hope you get better, next time before going out drinking, eat something heavy and greasy (fast food) it coats the stomach and keeps your sugar levels up so you won't wake up with a hang over.

I have a hangover when I wake up with a hangover, but I want water, or a glass of red wine.

Water is good, most hangover symptoms are caused by dehydration. Gator aid is much better though as it replaces chemicals that water does not have.

tons of water, the headache is from being dehydrated, tylenol not ibuprofen, and eat all day, keep your stomach full. if you're drunk when u go to bed, take tylenol, drink a bunch of water and eat something sweet.

You think you're pretty fn beautiful? hmmm...that's definitely up for debate and has anyone ever told you that true beauty radiates from the inside out? If you really felt good about yourself, you would not have to post lies. oh, and no hangovers for me, I drink moderately...fine wine while you're shooting tequila and making a fool of yourself. I know, the truth hurts. :)

Loads of water, one tylenol and one advil, and mcdonalds. Then hopefully more sleep.
