I'm a male and I KNOW that WOMEN, in their right state of mind, are way more powerful and smarter than any man. Women have been oppressed so much over the years, that millions of females don't know how much power they really have.

Honestly, they're both really dumb, for the most part. And that means both in terms of wisdom and intelligence, as the term "smart" can apply to both IQ level and making "right" choices.
I know TV sitcoms and commercials love portraying all men as bumbling idiots (can you remember the last commercial where a woman was made the butt of a joke?). But in reality, neither has a monopoly on stupidity. You just get more crap from people if you say men are smarter. Some women have built entire stand-up comedy careers on men-are-dumb jokes.

Same degree, but in different areas. Men & Women are supposed to work together.
We have different kinds of intellegence. While men are better at navigating for the hunting purposes; women are better at multi-tasking and language for raising families and organising society.
In today's world, it might seem that men are smarter because we often measure intellegence by scientific achivements and financial success. Some say that women are better managers because of the interpersonal skills.

Men are more logical, women are more emtional (thats the stereotype)
But emotion, sense of humor, ect. were once considered higher forms of intelligence. So I say women.
