THANK YOU, TANKS!

This is EXACTLY what I said earlier. There may be a few out there like Lenny said, but they are not trying to brainwash children or society into thinking that there is some horrendous "gender gap" in America. Black people may yell at the White Man™ but that doesn't mean that they're crying about wages, at the very least. What aggravates me the most about the gender gap is that it's based on certain pretenses that do not justify the conclusion those who often use it arrive at.

I'm half-black, and if I have to accept reduced wages for the glory of the White Man™ to continue, then BY GOD I'll do it!

Eh, I'm joking, but my whole point is that people should be focusing on problems that ARE occurring (like in OTHER countries. Maybe the feminists should check out Africa, Asia, or Latin America? We're close enough to South America for them to start doing some good...).

It is not so much "women" complaining as it is feminists who feel compelled to continue the lie.

Women in the US make up 51% of the population but only 46% of jobs are held by women. Add to that, only 75% of all employed women work full-time which gives the results of 34.5% of all full-time employees being women. According to the department of labor, women hold 41% of managerial or financial-related positions. What this means is that 34.5% of one group have 41% of the better paying jobs, not counting the 56% of employed women who hold professional jobs.

On the other hand, blacks make up approximately 14% of the employed population, the majority of which are jobs representing the lower pay scales such as service industries, manual labor.

You ask "How come Blacks aren't paid as much as women and yet they do not complain about it?". I can't give you an answer other than to guess that since feminists lie about just about everything else, it should come as no surprise.

Since when do blacks not complain????? They complain about everything. There is reverse discrimination out there - where have you been????? They get paid more because people are not allowed to speak up when it comes to blacks but they can say anything that they want. Did you ever hear of Miss White America? NO, but there is Miss Black America isn't there. Did you ever hear of a White Magazine? NO, but there are all kinds of Ebony magazines. They don't like discrimination and no more do I. The more that people point out our differences, the more people will become prejudiced. Why don't we just learn to live and love each other for persons not colours?????

Some blacks are paid more than some women. And some of those who aren't do complain about it. Furthermore, some blacks ARE women, and are paid extremely well. Have you ever heard of Condoleeza Rice?

I am a white woman and I have a college education. Where I work it does not matter the color of your skin or education, if you are male you will automatically make more money than me. I guess it just depends on a company. But I don't complain because any job that is stable is a good job. It is very hard for minorities to get a good job with benefits.

Not women are complaining but feminists, usually about men giving not enough money to women, or about broke men breathing.

Some do get paid more than women, not many. It is in there nature even back in history.

Gee, Mr. Generalization.... I don't make as much as Michael Jordan or Chris Rock

Everyone complains about something, and most complain about work and salaries, no matter what color or sex they happen to be.

What jobs, which blacks? Rather general assumptions here that are incorrect. Ever heard of the term Womanist?

I hear black people complaining....white people complaining....in fact every colour complaining.....I hear men complain....women complain too.....so to put it another way....I think as humans we all complain from time to time....why do you feel the need to fuel a fire with generalizations and lies......
