there is nothing that you can do...not unless you are a doctor. he needs to go see a doctor about his condition. if he refuses then his pride is getting in the way. if he wants to discharge then he needs to get medical nad professional help.

I suggest that he try mastubating. If he can't have an orgasm that way, he should see a doctor. It could be medical, not psychological.

i saw this thing at a "toy" store i think it goes around his penis or balls and it vibrates. its a small ring so it shouldnt get in the way. its supposed to help them reach their climax faster. If that doesnt work have him see a doctor.

From what i have heard it gets painful if they cant reach orgams when they are aroused like that. He should try to do it himself if he cant then there may be something going on there.
