You have up until 5 minutes before the game starts to pull in and out a player.

Infact, if 3 of your games have started you are still allowed to tamper with players whose games haven't.

It's not a set thing like you have to get your full roster in by 12pm or anything like that, your allowed to switch EACH INDIVIDUAL until 5 minutes before THEIR game starts.

Most leagues are set to daily rosters which means you have until 5 minutes before a players game start time to change his position this is pretty standard for roto leagues. Some custome leagues can be set to weekly lineups, this is more frequent in head to head leagues. Either way, check your league settings or send an email to your commisioner to make sure.
Actually, post a note to your commisioner - that way whatever he responds with is what he intended and if he set it up incorrectly you can refer back to his post to get him to change it. It's better to get that stuff listed in writing so if it does need to change or be corrected, no one can complain about changing the rules during the season.

With Yahoo you can update your rosters until the games start. If a players game has not started you can still adjust.

Depends who runs your fantasy sports. Yahoo!? ESPN?

Usually, it's one hour before the start of the game.
