I can, but most people seem to think it sounds like more of a burp. Never the less it doesn't stop me from crying "I am man here me roar" and then following it up with my 'roar'.

I've heard a guy roar. I saw it and I heard it. It may hurt his throat but if a person really wants to roar, there is still enough animal left in us that if we want to, we can.
