I have quite a lot of things that I can't stand but these are what are REALLY getting under my skin lately:
*all this crap about Anna Nicole Smith & Britney Spears (I agree w/ what the person before me said!)
*the stupid, undisciplined, extremely ignorant little sh!ts in high school these days....at least the ones around my town. they're extremely spoiled (cell phone at 13, brand new car at 16, don't have to work, etc.) & think they are sooooo cool & grown up.....oh man are they going to have a rude awakening when they graduate!!!!
Even though I only graduated recently (6 years ago in '01), things have changed drastically. I wasn't born w/ a silver spoon in my mouth or have anything handed to me on a silver platter. (However the sayings go!) When I was in high school I got a job at 16 making my own money & paying for my own stuff. I didn't live off of mommy & daddy cause they didn't & still don't have a lot of money. (We're fairly middle to upper middle class...but still!) I refused to buy the expensive name brand crap they call clothes, had a used piece of junk for a car that I paid for by myself (payments, gas, repairs & ins) & if I wanted a cell phone or pager then too bad, I didnt get one cause I was too young. Most of my friends were the same way. The only things my parents have gotten for me are my bed, dresser, some clothes (obviously) & my stereo. The stereo was a birthday present one year...and the ONLY present at that. Anything else I own (new & now-paid-off car!) I have bought myself & I'm d@mn proud of that one!
Oh yea, and I've grown up just FINE w/out any type of video gaming system OR a TV in my room! HA! (I have a tv now at 24 but I bought it myself!)

I can't stand it when the stores put the 35 pound tub of cat litter on the very top shelf.

My two biggest pet peeves at the moment are:
Rush hour traffic in northern Virginia.
Parents that allow their children to act like heathens in public places.

Several things really 'get my goat' but the one thing that REALLY gets to me is people who are two-faced.
Nice and sincere to your face, then to someone else they talk about how bad they think you are, etc.
That's the worst!
