I'd go with a classic tank and pumps.

Either a white tank (wife beater style) with strands of necklaces of various sizes and a pair of thigh high boots or heels. Throw on a cute newsboy hat or such. Or go for a more approachable look with a cool pair of tennies and some layered tissue weight tanks and tees.
