I am certain it isn't the ketchup song as that came out several years early. It could be la camisa negra. If not perhaps Obession (no es amor) by Frankie J although I think that may have been 2005. Or even Mas que nada - Sergio Mendes

It has 2 titles- Asereje (Spanish title) or "The Ketchup Song" (English).
It is by "Las Ketchup", who are a group of sisters from Cordoba, Spain.
