Bug Selig announced on Mike and Mike in the Morning on ESPN that there hasn't been a deal signed yet.

From what I have heard it is true.
Apparently a friend of mine, who is a Comcast subscriber in South Flordia, went to renew his package, and was told by Comcast that they do not have access to the package any longer.

It's still in negotiation. If approved DTV will be the sole provider.

Could be. They haven't officially announced it but if it's a done deal you'll have to have DTV to see it..
