Firmware is programmatic logic delivered on a chip or similar static storage media. You cant change it, but firmware updates are possible from a mfg or vendor. Firmware is generally not complex logic and deliver on a chip makes sense as the general type of devices it supports don't have things like hard drives etc. Some folks more technical than I am may be able to add more.

no idea with Frimware is but Firmware is:

its not frimwar , its firmware . its a software which is embedded on the chip by manufacturer to control the hardware. bios ROM is an example of firmware.
