what can you do when one of your close relative tell lie about your husband that he wanted to rape her six times, and that two times with someone else. Is it possible for a man to rape two person eight time in a roll without any one knowing about it? Or is it a normal thing for someone to rape the same person six times with no witness or mark or a fight back evidence?

some people make up things about rape but i would definately find out the truth...maybe it did happen...it could happen without marks....if someone is raped they need to file charges and be in the same state when it happens...same clothes and not washing so evidence is there to prosecute

It's frightening that you are asking this question, rather than expressing pure outrage. Apparently, you do possess some concern that it could have happened. This lack of faith in your husband (who may not be deserving of your faith) bodes ill for the future of your relationship.

In answer to your questions, first of all, rape is not "normal" under ANY circumstances. Can the situation you have described have happened? Of course, and rape is most likely to occur between people who know each other. It is also a fact that the majority of rapes go unreported. Finally, if threats were made, and the victim(s) believed the threats, it makes perfect sense that there were no marks and no signs of fighting back. If you are sufficiently fearful, you won't fight, but it is still rape.

Is it possible to rape someone several times? Is it normal to rape the same person?!?!?!

How's that rock you're living under? Is it that heavy?

If he's been charged, the onus is on the prosecution to prove he did these things. Testimony is not enough any more, really as evidence such as DNA makes and breaks cases.

Even if he DIDN'T do it, I wouldn't expect the community to embrace him any time soon.

sure, actually. If a lady says no, it would not count number who the aggressor is, or if she has said sure interior the previous. Having sex with someone adverse to their desires is rape, era, regardless of if both actually everyone looks married. sure, he will be charged with rape and arrested. It takes position very hardly ever, and is tricky to tutor. frequently, it takes position at the same time as there are different forms of abuse modern-day. for instance, a husband drinks and beats his spouse, then rapes her. that is truly a criminal offense. it really is likewise continually a criminal offense to falsely accuse someone of rape.

As a man if he wasnt in relation with anyone of em. He hardly will rape them again. But once he is in relation to victims then he can do it more times. And about relative's complain well you need to know who you can trust more, Husband or relative.

Your close relative said your husband "wanted" to rape her? Wanting to does not mean doing. Wanting is a thought. Doing is an act.

I think that you need to talk to your husband as you know what is personality & sexual plesures are. The relative may ave taken a liking to him and he rejected so wanted revenge. I know what im talking about as ive been in a similar situation. If when you have broached the subject and his reaction is anguish answer e maybe guilty if he starts getting emotional about it then he is innocent as a guilty man is an angry man when questioned. ask for details like where& when as you may have been when tis was supposed to of happened which might just prove that she is lying

It is possible that she was raped, or maybe she consented to having sex and now feels guilty about it. If you have doubts then deep down you know its possible that it did happen. You should totally step back and evaluate the situation. If it was rape, you need to think about yourself, will he do it to you?? As for the person it happend to she should go to the police. Its a crime! If you know about it and do nothing, its like you committed the act yourself. Good luck!

saying that he wants to rape someone is sick either way you are with a person who has issues, call a rape hotline and tell them all this and remember God only wants you to be happy it sounds like it is unsafe and if you have children it is very, very unstable. Get some help but do it for you.

well he might not have raped her but was he having an afair with her...you never see smoke without fire...I bet you something was going on why she felt she had the right to make these accusations. there's no way he raped her that many times...once but never more than once and truthfully I don't even think he raped her at all but I think they might've been involved sexually somehow.

check it out...these days you can only swear for yourself!!!

good luck uncovering the truth! and God Bless!
