If you find out who the person who did it is, then yes. That's a very big hassal, and that can be some time in the big house. But mostly, because you don't want it to happen again.
Unfortunately, if it was stolen via a transaction over a website, and you don't know who it was, I don't believe you can sue the website company, as it may have been a flaw in many things.

If you manage to identify the person, you can try.
It happened to me, they cloned my ATM card and withdrew $3000 during the week-end. The bank paid me back but they could not find the culprit, even if they caught him on camera making fake deposit and getting real money.
Took about two weeks to sort everything out.

Yes, and change banks, and get your computer cleaned at a reputable repair shop. Then install virus and adware protection if you don't have it, and change all of your passwords.
