Meeting with friends for lunch, using the library, extra-curricular activities like any clubs you belong to, either after class or over lunch etc. Pretty much anything that is linked to the college.
Are you a band member or in the debating society? Have you helped to arrange school dances? Have you done anything like awards (not sure where you are, in the UK we have the Duke of Edinburgh that can be done through school/college). Or being part of the swimming/football/hockey teams for example.
As for being important to you, you could mention meeting new people, using organisational skills, personal fitness, working as a team, using the time for study (if it's the library), personal achievement, etc.
