What do you think this is?

I have slight pains from my left that move to my right lower half. I had an ectopic pregnancy & a large cyst?
over the summer. I am not getting SHARP jolt pains like last time just some pressure here & there & lower tender. What could it be? My gyno no longer takes my insurance so I have to scramble to find a new one I guess.=(

you should go to the doctor to check it out- it could be serious.

Sounds serious.... find a doctor quickly & go see them.

I'm no Dr. but it sounds like you have an infection.
