I used to be the worst. I worked in a dead end job that I could not stand. I did not like to get out of bed in the morning knowing I had to go to work. While I was there I was the worst procrastinator. I left that job for another one and have changed. I enjoy what I do and don't mind getting things done as soon as I receive them.
I made up my mind to do tasks as soon as I receive them and now it is not burdensome.

1.Plan your day for time to do it.
2.When it's time start doing.
3. Don't allow anyone, including yourself or anything stop you from completing the task.
.
The more you live being prompt on a daily basis the less you'll live being a procrastinator.

I am a really bad procrastinator. Sometimes it helps to only do a little bit at a time, maybe work about 15 minutes and then you're done for awhile.

well im only 14, so idk if this will help, but w/e. I used to be a complete procrastinator. Then I started getting depressed and became a perfectionist. I have no idea how this works, but it did. So now im a complete perfectionist and no longer a procrastinator.

i was a horrilbe procrastinater! now i make a list of the things i have to do for taht day, and do them before i get to do the things i want to do. it helps me to put the list on the coffee pot, so when i get up to make my coffee, the list is there. plus my husband helps me by asking me if i made my list for the next day yet as soon as he gets home from work!< i asked him to ask me if i've done it!>

Make it like you are treating yourself. You know the things you enjoy doing. Tell yourself you won't permit yourself to enjoy those things until your work is done. Kind of like dessert :)
