"DO MURDERS HAPPEN IN THE UK?"

Yes, nearly 90% are husbands killing wives, or people who know eachother well (you know- like honour killings). The rest are blacks shooting blacks, gangs of people beating up paedophiles, and mental patients killing randomly after being released too early. But don't worry, the UK murder rate is very low, you have approx. a 0.5% chance of being murdered over 20 years. Although you're likely to get killed ten times before you win the lottery... And people living in poor areas are six times more likely to be murdered than rich people, and they think they're gonna win the lotto...

I'm not sure if these statistics include manslughter, in which case your gonna get killed on a friday night at 11.15pm by some drunk idiots.
