I think you misspelled your question and it's supposed to be "dress like you're 5" which is a fabulous idea for a party! There are so many cute "babydoll" dresses in the stores right now you'd be nuts not to wear that look. Find a short dress with the waist up under your boobs. If you find one with puff sleeves it would be even better but remember you might want to wear it again LOL.

overalls, striped top, backward baseball cap, braided pigtails = "tomboy"
For the heels, if you went with a dress, maybe you could find some shoes on clearance that are several sizes bigger than what you wear--that'd be funny!
