I have plenty of seeds from picking out of my own stashes, but I only buy/can afford low grade weed for my habit. The reason I would like to order is for quality- good nice sticky sweet buds...

Yes, they are illegal. Some states have decriminalized small quantities like Oregon. Check your state's laws. Put marijuana laws (your state) in your search engine. Be careful. And yes many on line sources for these products are bogus. They will take your money and not give you anything. They know you have no recourse. So if it is too good to be true;it probably is. have a safe legal year with no hassles from the law.

I would definitely avoid it.

If you are looking for seeds, it usually isn't a problem if you already buy marijuana for personal use. In fact, the problem is usually that there are too many seeds in a bag.

Ask some of your friends to hang onto the ones they pick out too.

Try to get them from the best quality bud, if you are going to risk growing, then you definitely want to make sure you are growing some good stuff. It would be a shame to get busted for growing shwag.

having any part of the plant including seeds is illegal in the united states. you can check on erowid.com for shipping methods. in a big overgeneralization the slower the mail is the easier it is to ship stuff -- you don't want to ship stuff in overnight mail unless you want to get caught.

Only seeds that don't produce pot. Either way, The USPS, UPS, and FEDEX don't allow shipping of those items.
