Hi Lisa. Go to your horizontal menu at the top. CLick on "Tools" Scroll down to "Internet Options". CLick on that and in the window that appears you should have the "General" Tab open by default. THe center option on that window should say "Temporary Internet Files" You have three choices to click on under that heading. CHoose the center option "Delete Files" and then confirm that choice. That will clear your cache (all the pages you have visited that appear in your browser with the drop down arrow will now be gone)... BUT...this will not fix the problem with yahoo Literati. I have done thi and run adaware and spybot, made sure I had the latest update installed for the java runtime environment. Nothing worked. Obviously there are a few smarty pants that have it figured out because there are some people playing in the rooms, albiet a very small amount. I posted the question to yahoo answers also as far as how to get the new client version outside of clearing the cache but have had no response. If you get a legitimate answer it would be appreciated if you could pass it on as I will do the same for you. Thanks

you would produce different issues that reason your browsers to pass sluggish, or no longer function in any respect. Please be extra certain, what are your browsers doing or no longer doing? What did they do earlier? what type of internet connection do you've? How regularly do you sparkling your browser cache and delete cookies? Do you've a great number of upload-ons like toolbars, prompt messangers, or chat purposes put in? They take in a great number of memory and that i strongly advise eliminating them once you've them. wish this helps.
