I would agree to FOX news removing "fair and balanced" right after The New York Times stops calling itself a "newspaper". No "liberal media" in the US? Someone is in major denial. I work for a major network and liberalism is rampant. I think the reason they don't see themselves as "liberal" is that they believe that they are in line with what the "people" believe which couldn't be farther from the truth. If the American people voted as those in "Big Media" voted, there wouldn't be a republican in office, anywhere. As we saw from the last two presidential elections, the vote were very close to 50/50, while "Big Media" voted 80/20 for democrats. I see it all the time at the network I work for.

You mean the Faux News Channel??? They should be banned period...not a news channel at all. The White House feeds them whatever they want to go out on the airwaves...never has been much truth to any of it. As far as Fair and Balanced...right!

No. u need to show proof/evidence where they r not fair and balanced. If u use the excupse that they r a mouth piece for Bush and republicans, then CNN, MSNBC, etc are mouth pieces for the Democrats.

I definitely think so, it is unbelievable how bias they are. Anyone who watches that for their first time could figure out which side they are on. I know a lot of news and papers are biased also, but no one else makes it more obvious than them.

No, but some of their programs should be described as editorial programs rather than news programs. To many of their "reporters" do too much blatant editorializing to be considered news journalists.

_Very Unbalanced_ is more like it, and I'm talking about their mental state, not their politics.

"CNN is liberal" says one...uninformed individual? Only an american would "think" that way. NBC is conservative, CNN is fascist, and FAUX is Nazist. There is no "liberal media" in the US.

They are liars. They commit fraud every day with their lies. They need to have all their broadcasting licenses yanked. Rupert Murdoch needs to have his citizenship revoked and as many Fox employees as possible need to be put in jail or exiled. Whoever is financing Fox needs to have their assets siezed under the RICO anti-racketeering statute. Fraud is a crime. Political fraud is not protected by "free speech", it is a crime and should be severely punished.

No...anyway, CNN has mostly a liberal slant and Fox News has a mostly conservative slant, so in a way they do balance each other out. Yay for democracy.
