Thank the Lord you are alright. Someone ran a red light and hit my daughter and I broadsided as we were leaving a wedding with two small toddlers in tow. They were in their car seats and didn't appear to be hurt, only a little startled. My daughter and I were shaken up some and had to have chiropractic treatments for several weeks due to painful joints and problems with the neck and spinal area.

head-on collision - me in a 1970 impala, him in a 1962 galaxy, he was drunk. we topped the hill at the same time, he was three feet 8 inches on my side of the road. killed him, crushed my right foot, crushed my nose, broke a piece of bone from around my eye, cracked rt ankle, was trapped in the car for over an hour and a half coz the rescue squad didn't have the hurst tool for taking cars apart. Also lost 11 teeth, broke left pinky, docs lost count of the stiches.

Just this past September my little girl and I was in a car accident. A 83 year old man ran out in front of us I hit him in the side of his car and my Explorer went down in this huge gully and we hit a tree head on. My little girl who is only two got a burn on her neck from her car seat. My head went threw the wind shield both my knees went threw the dashboard and I still have a bruise on one of them. And my hip was twisted out of place. But we are both very lucky and seat belts do save lives!!!!

When I was 12, my mom fell asleep at the wheel and rammed the car into a lamppost at 30 miles an hour. Our car, a 1978 Chevy Nova, survived, the lamppost did not. Me, my dad and ma were all unhurt.

I drove off the road doing 60 mph, took out a tree and cracked a huge rock in half, and left my hair in the cacked windshield because I wan't wearing my seatbelt. My buddy in the passenger seat ended up in the back seat. But we lived.

Crashed friends corvette 95 mph on a concrete barrier. the car was demolished. I walked out of it without a scratch, just sore. And I WAS NOT wearing a seatbelt. God was on my side.

i was teaching a friend how to drive and she hit a tree
funny thing was she was getting scared cause it was raining and i told her to pull over so i could get her home so she tried to pull into a drive way and it was one with a tree right in the middle

i went through the windshield
IF I WOULD OF HAD MY SEAT BELT ON I WOULD NOT BE SITTING HERE TODAY
it would of pulled me back through the windshield and cut my head OFF

i had 166 internal stitches on my head and 97 external

BYE BYE LONG HAIR my head was shaved

My dad wasn't paying attention and slammed into the back of a lady's LEXUS! He totaled it! All I could do is laugh the whole time 'cause it was so FRIGGIN' HILARIOUS!(I laugh when I get scared / nervous)

No one was hurt. I just had slight chest pain from the seat belt....

i think the worst accident was when...

i was on I-57 highway (located in illinois) and i had just left from chicago, picking up a friend, and i was heading back to champaign, illinois (university of illinois in urbana champaign)...and i was really really tired! but my friends insisted that we would be ok because they promised to stay awake with me! but that fell through, because after about an hour...my two friends were fast asleep...

as i was driving, i realized that the cd i had in was too slow and my eyes grew heavy..i felt myself falling asleep, but waking up just in time to not hit anyone or veer off of the road...

well...i did just that...veered RIGHT off the road...and woke up with grass surrounding me! i screamed, and got back onto the road, but my friends were screaming even louder asking me "what are you doing?!?!?!" and they began hitting me, which startled the hell out of me and i spun out of control, three complete circles...hit a speed limit sign (the right side did...) and ended up in a very deep ditch....my friend (ex friend now) was sitting in the back, with glass pieces in her face, eyes, and neck..and she swallowed some due to the window she was sitting next to exploding and shooting glass everywhere! my friend in the front seat had her mouth open at the time, and glass cut her head, and shot down her throat! i was the only one with no cuts or bruises...

neither one of my friends went to the hospital....after being asked several times by police, meds, and ME....i no longer talk to the girls now...but i found out that since they swallowed soo many pieces of glass..its slowly cutting their insides..causing internal bleeding, which could later kill them!!........it scares me to think about that day! :(
