you can buy small flat discs from Lakesend Plastics that slide under the appliance enabling you to slide it out. Alternatively, once you've got it out, slide it back on a piece of lino/cushion flooring and next time you need access, pull it out by tugging the lino.

Go to an appliance or hardware store. They carry dollies to place under appliances for easy moving in and out for cleaning. The appliance stays on the dolly all the time. People use them for refrigerators all the time.

Do you mean those discs you slide under furniture and appliances that allows you to slide the heavy stuff out? I don't remember what they're called, but I've seen them in Walgreens and Walmart.

I guess they are available but the flooring man used a piece of hardboard to move all my kitchen appliances with ease including cooker and fridge-freezer. Smooth side up. Just a tip if you can't get your appropriate product.

Last week in B&Q they were selling mini trolleys (a single caster on a small platform) for 50p each. They could take a good weight. See if you could get come of those.

You should be able to get these from a good hardware or DIY store, if the Betterware man calls in your area I am sure they are in the catalogue.

maybe contact a delivery company/washing machine manufaturer, as when the delivery men come round they always have one of those trolley things to slide them off and manouver them, the same with pallett companies.

I use my small dolly for such job. It has strap that you can place around a heavy load when you are tilting or moving the load.

if you get the beta ware catalouge you might be able to get it on the internet they sell metal tracks with wheels on them for all types of appliances they really do work ive got them on my fridge and freezer it makes it so easy to pull them out to clean behind try looking for www.betaware.com or www.betaware.co.uk or you can find the number with the operator and find out who is you local agent they deliver for free aswell
