nudity in general -- European tv has all kinds of nuidty -- full frontal, men and women, beaches in some European countries usually have naked people and nobody thinks twice about it.
Prostitution and drugs are basically acceptible in Amsterdam.

There are some native cultures in the South Pacific that use homosexual contact between men and boys in the tribe as part of the rite of passage into manhood. This is certainly something not acceptable in the U.S.
