I've washed the bottom of them. I have picked the rocks and dirt from them. I can't take it no longer. I have to wear my potato shoes all the time. I can't take it!

I feel ya, just act like you don't notice it. If someone makes fun of you they're not your friends any way. Just be positive. and you will get out of that hole. Anyway shoes are shoes . I have these pairs of shoes since August too., right befor school started. And they look horrible.

Stick with the potato shoes for now and wear the Jordans when it rains, who will know the difference except for you?

If your not TOO proud, you can go to FREECYCLE.com and ask for a pair of shoes and they will hold you over until you get in some cash to get new ones, otherwise im sorry to say but you will just have to deal with it.

There are several options:

1. Live with it
2. Steal new shoes
3. Steal money and buy new shoes
4. Walk barefoot
5. Don't leave the house until mid-march
6. Tell your husband/boyfriend/mother/father/brother/bestfriend/.... that if they don't give you new shoes right away they don't love you
7.... and so on....

Oh you poor poor didums...... Get over yourself man ya shoes squeek big deal... when I was in school we used to get upset if our shoes didn't squeek couse it meant we couldent piss the teacher off. learn to deal with it and enjoy the annoyance of the squeek... and you can use it to your advantage.. if you don't want to hear your partner say something squeek your shoes... when they get snotty just say sorry it's the shoes, if your parents are in the process of telling you to do something squeek your shoes... say sorry I didn't hear you my shoes squeek.... jeez you can have so much fun... and the way you were complaining about it I guess you have low self esteem issues.

i took the insole out, lightly buttered it with hand cream and baby powder, put it back in and voila! -- no squeak. Amazing. Now if I could only figure out how to stop my jeans from rubbing together at my thighs...good luck!~
