Aquarius

The ruler of Aquarius is Uranus. Its symbol represents water, a universal image which dates back into prehistory. This will also be recognized in the Egyptian hieroglyph representing the same.The association in Aquarius is that of the servant of humanity pouring out the water of knowledge to quench the thirst of the world.

Personal Traits
Aquarians are interesting and attractive people. They can be shy, sensitive, gentle and patient or enthusiastic and lively with a tendency to be exhibitionists. Both types are strong willed and forceful in their own way. Very opinionated with strong convictions, they fight for what they believe in. whoever said they love water, is wrong. aquarius is an air sign, not a water sing, and thus does not have the same pull towards water that, say a pices (like me!) does
aquarians tend to be very opinionated, and very intellectual. they are oftne seeking new ways to do things, and often inventing new things. however, they do have an emotional streak.

Honestly to me, they are the trickiest to get a handle of. they are all so different, it's really hard to pin-point them out. my father, brother and ex are all aquarians, so, i guess the one the they all have in common is their quiet strength. they are pretty quiet, unless they know you, then you can't get them to shut up. they have a temper, but they conceal it very well. you only really see it when they're angry over something that's very passionate to them, or they truly feel they are right; which is all the time. they don't express emotions too often, if at all. they're very witted, and have a way with words, to the point where they can be very manipulative at times. they tend to "stray", but if they truly love you, they're not going anywhere. if you want to read up on them, you should try www.horoscope.com, they will give you a watered down version. my best advice: go to your local bookstore and go to the astrology section....you'll be there for hours. happy reading!!! :)

being a aquarius, we are very faithful companions, most general we like to joke have fun and have a very good outlook on society and what it should be. we like spending most time with our companions alone, we dont have to go out alot and all that.
