Assuming you mean no one using anything as a weapon, not even words or fists or sex... I think the world would be like the Garden of Eden in the book of Genesis.

What defines a weapon and armies? I know your talking about guns and military armies. But to me a gang walking around with baseball bats or wrenches can be violent too. If there were no weapons or armies the world would be better, people would actually have to communicate and compromise if they had a conflict instead of just fighting.

This is a Utopian Dream. There has never been a perfect material world, and never will be. Such as you suggest would result in anarchy. No Rule of Law, as there would be noone to enforce the Rule of Law.
It would be only the "physically" strong survive. And brutes would stomp the more sensitive and creative types that bring invention and comfort into our world, to death.
