I am trying to chose which book to read. Instead of finding out what your favorite is (already done), I was wondering if you disliked a specific book and how come

I don't like anything of late. Tried reading From a Buick 8. Boring. It seems he has lost his creative spark. My husband is more patient and has tried to read Lisey's story but he says that, too, is tedious. I would stick with the earlier stuff (my absolute favorite is The Stand). Sorry I couldn't be of more help but I have pretty much given up on him. If you like King try Dan Simmons or Peter Straub, too.

I didn't find the Dead Zone all that good.
I felt at times it draged on.

the tommyknockers...no suspense, no surprises, kept going forever and just wouldn't end...totally boring...
