What specifically about it...how to grow it, how to prepare it? Growing is simple if you live in the right climate. A trick to keep bugs off is to use soapy water when you give them a drink. I use the water that comes out of my washer machine before it goes down the drain. It does not kill my veggies but does a great job of keeping buys away becasue it is absorbed through the roots and comes out of the plant leafs rather than a topical pesticide. One of my favorite ways of preparing it is to slice it thin, long ways and lay on a cookie sheet. Pre-Heat oven to about 350 to 400. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and ground black pepper, little garlic powder, grated cheese. Bake about 15-20 minutes until they look crispy. Delish!

Zuccini can be started indoors from seed. Start seed about 4 weeks before you plant outside. Zuccini can be direct seeded into the garden. It is best to plant the seeds on a hill. Zuccini likes alot of well rotted manure mixed in with the soil. Zuccini is very easy to grow but really needs that rich soil. Zuccini is susceptible to viruses and squash bugs so check the plants regularly if any signs of yellow are showing. If you are successful. you will begiving away loads of zuccini. Do not let zuccini get to a huge size because it loses its flavor. Large zuccini makes good zuccini bread but not a very tasty vegetable. It would be easier to answer your question if you had stated what the project is. I have just assumed that it is a growing project. Zuccini is a green squash, prolific bearer of fruit, and good to eat.
