I want to place a divider in my 2-car garage to seperate the 2 bays. One bay will be kept nice while the other can keep all the clutter. Is there a cost effective way to accomplish this while still being asthetically pleasing and non-permanent (i.e. curtain, accordian wall, ...)? Anyone have epxerience with this?

I have done it before with nice clean plywood. Nail a 2x4 to the ceiling and then nail the plywood to the 2x4 You can paint the plywood, put a door in, etc.

It will keep your bays clean and separate from each other.

A cheap way is to get threaded pipe (gas or water) and make a long cutain rod and then hang shower cutains or something like that off it.
