i have checked out the pay for sites such as :-

www.allPSPgames.com
www.Pspblender.com

etc etc

Basically they just give you access to Bit Torrents that are available for free else where.

I have not managed to find a great free torrent site for psp games but i use www.mininova.org and www.torrentspy.com
