Has anyone had e-mails from British lottery and if so is it legit ???

I received an e-mail saying I won 2.5 Million. They are now asking me to pick a delivery option which range in price from1000-2000 dollers to have it released and transfered into my acct.

Does anyone know if this is real or scam ??
